Lake Jennings Fish Report: 5/18/08 - 5/25/08 PDF Print E-mail
The cold weather dampened the enthusiasm of the fish and the anglers that pursued them. Trout are being caught in 30 ft. of water by drifting crawlers or Power Bait out in the middle of the lake. Bassin’ is fair with dropshotting small worms working best. The aerator is on and that should drive the shad to the surface. Cats are the main bill of fare. Hermit Cove was the bright spot for the week. During the day you want to move your bait frequently almost like you would fishing a plastic worm. We are gearing up for our Family Day. Please see the next page for more details.
