2008 season San Diego Team Night Series kicks off Saturday night |

Formerly known as the El Cajon Ford Night Tournament Series, the San Diego Team Night Series will kick off Saturday night, April 26th at 8 pm.
The name of the series is not the only thing to change for 2008. The
fish-off format, and more importantly the qualifying process for that
event has also changed. Tournament director, Jim Sleight announced a
unique method for selecting the 25 anglers that will have the
opportunity to fish for the grand prize in the fish-off. Unlike
traditional tournament trails where points are the deciding factor as
to who qualifies, and who does not for their year-end finales, this
series will use a drawing.
A raffle will be held following the
conclusion of the 6th tournament, where 25 teams will be selected to
have the opportunity to fish in the final. Teams have several
opportunities to gain raffle tickets. Including fishing 5 of the 6
tournaments, or winning a tournament. For other methods of qualifying,
