1. Submissions to the forums may be moved, removed or modified without notice or reason to you, the author. 
2. Do NOT use your account to harass, belittle, insult or slander others.  Show some respect.
3. Profanity is strictly forbidden from these forums in any way, shape or form.  Use of abbreviations, symbols or similar words that mean the same thing is not allowed. Posting sexually expicit pictures, videos, sound files or links to offsite pornography is not allowed, and is strictly moderated.
   
   1. Users found posting inappropriate material likely will have their account terminated without warning at the very first offense.
   2. Avatars and other photos are subject to approval by site moderators prior to publishing.
4. SPAM is not tolerated.  Please do not use this account to blatantly advertise a business, service, scheme or website.  Exceptions may be allowed if permission is obtained from the site administrator.
5. Do not cross post.  Please do not post the same message in more than one forum without permission from a moderator.
6. Do not post reports promoting illegal behavior, including fishing in areas where fishing is not allowed.
   
   1. Posts referencing illegal fishing of any kind will be deleted.
   2. Posts displaying fish that are not of legal size, or taken in an illegal matter will be deleted.
7. With the exception of the personal information you use to create this account; You agree that anything you submit to the public forums becomes the property of Sdfish.com and may be used by the administrator for "any" purpose without your consent or knowledge; unless you contact a forum moderator specifically instructing us otherwise.
8. You agree to hold San Diego Fish Online (sdfish.com), it's administrators and forum moderators, site sponsors, and other affiliated persons or companies harmless for any offensive material posted on the forum by site members, any material or financial loss stemming from articles posted on the website, mental or physical distress, loss of time, family, life or anything else someone might sue us for.
9. Lake Barrett Seasonal Forum:  Sdfish, in cooperation with the San Diego Water Utilities Dept., prohibits the use of these forums to resell reservations or portions of reservations for a price higher than that of the original purchase price from Ticketmaster.  This includes using the forum to initiate transactions outside of the forum.
10. Special Feature Forum; Ask Mike Long and John Kerr: Please do NOT make duplicate posts, or send Mike or John PMs asking them to specifically answer your question. They receive a high volume of questions and may not be able to answer all of them. Please be patient in waiting for a response to your question.
    1. Do NOT post in the other public forums asking for your post to be answered.

Responding to inflammatory messages only makes things worse by dragging them out.  The best way to get rid of trouble makers is to IGNORE THEM!!!!  Alert a moderator as soon as possible.
