Our hours have changed. In January the Lake has waterfowl hunting every Wednesday, all day, and on Sunday morning. That means we are closed all day on Wednesdays and do not open for fishing on Sundays until 10:00 am. The tackle shop opens at 8 am on weekdays and at 6:00am on Saturdays. We have had wonderful weather all this week. The trout are biting all over the lake.

Our hours have changed. In December and January the lake has waterfowl hunting every Wednesday, all day and Sunday morning. The weather has been beautiful all week and is getting warmer each day. The trout are biting all over the lake.

The fishing has been very good this week.  Trolling is still the best way to go.  Bass fishing is really good right now.  They are fattening up for winter.  Come give it a try.  This won't last long.  This is also the time the big catfish are biting.   The days are warming up alittle but the nights are down in the 30s and 40s.  Perfect Autumn
weather to watch the wildlife (deer, turkeys, etc.) and catch a few fish.
