Lobsters on the crawl again in San Diego Bay

The recent weather systems bringing rain and cold fronts have made a difference in the lobster fishing in San Diego Bay. After a two week slow period, the lobsters are back on the move. We have been getting limits for two to three people on each trip, finding lobster concentrated on the deeper structure with the water temperatures dropping. I have been mainly targeting 35-50′ of water with salmon heads and sardines as bait. Now is a good time to get the family or friends together for a lobster trip on San Diego Bay, I’d love to take you.
