Went to my favorite low tide spot NO Bites went to another spot NO Bites Went to one more spot first cast got a Bass. I have never landed a vina with a plastic or unintentional. I was working this one area and I saw a swirl on top of the water and I tossed my Z-Man curly tail right on top and Bam got that Vina never been successful doing that I alway got my vina with top-water or a lucky craft. Until The Next Time. Fish On...

Very cool! The darkness in some of those shots make me wonder if corvina are more nocturnal when it comes to feeding (if so, I wonder how it sees the lure).

My first and only corvina was about two years ago at Harbor Island (at the very end close to the restaurant when you turn right at the fork). It was weird too because I caught it with a megabait (I was originally trying to go for bonito). Same thing with a yellowfin croaker that same week.

Very nice vina on plastic man! Only one I've ever caught was 7-8" long on a gulp sandworm of all things. Thought it was just an overly enthusiastic mackerel, the way it blew up on the durn thing lol
