Me and the Grom left early this morning straight to the Rockpile Honeyhole. Limited out on Yellowtail by 10am then trolled to the Islands.

By 12pm we caught our limits of Bonito on the way and at the islands.

I caught 6 YT on Dropperloop Sardines. 12 Oz torpedo with 3/0 Owner Thin-wire Circle Hook and 40# test Ande Pink.

Grom caught 4 YT on 7X Salas Scrambled Egg 4-5 cranks off bottom.

No fish lost to those demon fur bags.

All Bonito caught on Rapala X-Raps and trolling rods with 60# Clear Ande. Had 2 triple hookups a double and two single jigstrikes.

Bait was lively and awesome. Froze them to chum another day.

    81 miles
    26.38 gallons of fuel used
    3.07 mpg
    Trip time = 8 hours

    Edibles:
Turkey Salad Sandwiches on Hawaiian Bread
    Almond M&Ms
    Beef Jerky (Costco)
    Bottle caps
    Lay’s Poppables White Cheddar
    Water (of Course Kirkland)

Sorry, no pics. Believe me or not.
