Tacoooos! Nice Ed!
They would be fun on heavy bass rod and 15lb test.
Which boat? Looks like a fun day!
Fishy boat, and gotta love them BUNKS! That home-bound snooze feels mighty fine, especially when you know you've got fish in your sack!
Looks like a sniper in your YT mouth (with assist hooks??). Did you get your YFT on bait? Trying to get up in your business just a little bit here...
All 35 tuna were caught on flyline Monday. Line shy for sure. 20 to 25lb line and size 1 to 1/0 circle hooks. Gut hook and let them swim straight out. 45 seconds max then switch out the bait
I caught 2 yellowtail on the coltsniper when we ran into a paddy but the assist hooks was just me being unsatisfied with the stock hooks so I swap it out with some spare flat fall stock hooks I had....It works haha
Finally! Great timing on the trip and nice multi species.
Tunas and YT were also caught today on the full day boats, in good numbers too!
How much was your ticket if you don't mind me asking? Was it $175 as listed on the site or $155 like it's supposed to be and like everyone else?
I paid $160
Did you guys run south or did you head straight west? If you happen to know. We're you in sight of the islands
West of islands with the rest of the fleet
