    Heck, UglyStik GX2 7' MH will probably fit the bill with money to spare. Not insanely sensitive, but it sits right in on that range for about ~$40-50 depending on where you get it and when. And they can take a ton of abuse without having any issues.

    Ugly tiger sticks are probably the best value you can buy, high quality, typically very soft tips for casting and at a cheap price but the guides don't rust off of them after 1 week.
