Ok when I am fishing alone at full throtle I have a problem with the water coming up over the back of the transom. The water comes up into the bottom of the motor and then into the back of the boat. What can I do to prevent this? I have that little 14' alluminum.

Maybe make a little planing fin to put on the motor. I dont know if you can buy them for an outboard that small, or get a bigger motor to get ya movin a little faster... and planing better:)

May be a combination of a mismatch for the boat and a trim problem. I am not familiar with that motor, but make sure it is lowered all the way down. It may have a stop that you can adjust. There is probably and extension handle available that will also allow you to sit forward more.

Going to have to weigh down the front of the boat, maybe a heavy cement anchor, or some sand bags. Maybe a bait tank in the front??
