I'm glad as all heck my father in law and I decided to stock up on reloading supplies when we did. Powder and primers are the two biggest problems we have, but we still have enough that if we ever needed to, we could do a pretty decent reloading run.

No just don't try to take credit for something you had nothing to do with.
In fairness it was Obama, that was in office at the time of permits, environmental studies and funding.
it takes years with all the red tape.

Gun take-aways are only one of the tentacles of the "gun control" agenda. Hard to shoot without ammo, and without a place to legally shoot, you have an expensive paperweight. I have 2 pieces that I have had almost a decade and have never fired. I am not into indoor ranges. Used to take my kids to Orosco Ridge with the back of my Suburban loaded with Guns, Ammo and clay pigeons. We would shoot for a couple hours and then clean up our mess and that of others. That site was "temporarily" closed, never to open again! Many others have suffered the same fate. It is a plan!

Edit: It does not help that the majority of shooters are absolute pigs! Ranges become trash dumps very quickly!

    Fisheromen,
Your absolutely right, trash is a reason in its self , to close shooting areas.now they can blame fire damage.
They can't take your gun, so nows its ammo and places to shoot.
The shooting sports are short lived, the schools have already put that in the brain of kids.
Enjoy it while you can, I spend most my winters on the river ,hunting and fishing. It's a cheap winter getaway on the river. Prefect way to spend retirement.
