    being on beds?? A friend of mine went yesterday and said he saw them on beds?? Anyone else seen them on them??

    It might have been a late spawn and thats why the fish are not biting. If so things should pick up big time in the weeks to come

    my big fish yesterday had red tail and anus. She looked spawned out.
    6lb head but only 3.5lb actual weight

    Most of the bass should be coming off their beds and the bluegill should be moving in. So be prepared to get a lot of those little machine gun tapping strikes and worms being pulled down from your hooks. The only way he saw them was back in the very end of Pine and Hauser. The lake is stained right now with visibility of maybe 1 foot.

    On Sunday 5/6 I landed 3 fish that were on beds but they should be coming off very soon

    Seems most of the fish are in their beds... sleeping! Noisy lures, to wake them up? Plopper?

    some finished spawning others currently spawning. remember the hot month of march? that may have pushed a first wave of spawners a tad early.
