So here is another moment that I made a stupid mistake and now I am screwed. I don't have a credit card yet and my parents don't pay for my fishing stuff at all. I usually buy Amazon gift cards with my hard earned cash to buy all of my tackle and select the offers for free shipping. Today I decided to buy a Bass Pro gift card, not thinking that they do not offer free shipping. I get home and am ready to check out but I see I have to pay for my order. If you don't know, a gift card only handles the cost of merchandise and not the actual S&H that a company would make there money off of. So now I am here screwed without a credit card or parents willing to pay that extra $7.00. Is there anything I can do? I bought the card from Albertson's and already scratched off the pin. Will they accept it if I return it for my money back? Lol.. sticking to Amazon next time.:emoji_grimacing::emoji_rage::emoji_joy:

I know that now. The thing is. Don't have any more money. Gotta work some more. The thing is with those Pre Paid cards, you have to pay a $5.95 activation fee.:emoji_joy::emoji_dizzy_face:

My gift card was a $15 though. So I couldn't get that $50+ free S&H.

Probably better off taking the 5$ loss on shipping instead of the cash loss.. Get what you can and make good on shipping (hooks?) so you only lose a few cents total..

I don't care about paying the extra 5 bucks. I just don't have a credit card to do it. I have a lot of cash, but you can't use cash on the internet. My parents don't pitch in at all either

I can't pay the shipping with gift card credit. I have to enter a credit card. It won't even let me continue without a credit card.

This isn't about not having the money.. I don't have a credit card. It won't let me go through without one. I already tried getting the $10 worth of stuff and paying the $5 for S&H and it didn't work.

It said enter gift card and i did. Said it was applicable, but then it had the red asterisks that I had to fill out credit card info. There was no "continue"

Ended up getting a fish basket and sabiki rig. I buy all my tackle either at Amazon before trips or the local shops the day of. Thanks for the help!

This was a lot of excitement for a sabiki rig. I hope you at least catch a bunch of live bait with it.

Well, I learned my lesson. I can get more bang for the buck on Amazon anyway. Have a $75 giftcard for them.
