Do you ever encourage people to keep bass at Lake Jennings? Do you believe moderate catch and keep is paramount to the health of small, heavily pressured public lakes like Jennings and the rest in San Diego?

I would rather see someone eat a fish than handle it badly so that fish dies a few hours/days later. I eat any fish, bass included when I nick a gill. The rest I release because I do feel that catch and release is an important tool in managing limited resource areas like the Southwest.
