Checked off a new species

Teena wanted to go fishing after work today, so I had to take her up on the offer. She wanted to try some shrimp that we had in the fridge instead of the normal swimbait session. I set her up with a Carolina rig and stuck a chunk of shrimp on there and about three casts she lands this guy. I guess it's some kind of puffer fish. Not knowing if it's going to kill me or make me go into convulsions I use the grippers on this little guy. Teena ends the evening with four spotties and this puffer type fish and I get skunked. It was a great evening watch her catch everything.

 

I hear ya bro, she's a fish catching machine but doesn't like taking them off the hook so every time she catches I have to stop fishing. Lately I haven't been fishing too much since she's catching em all the time. I just want to see her land a nice legal halibut, that's all she wants. Nothing better than when your girlfriend or wife wants to go fishing all the time.
