Jumped on the Chubaco with 25 others on an Angler Chronicle's charter. Fished somewhere between Enchiladas and La Jolla for most of the day for above average sized rockfish. I would say the average was 3lbs and 5 or 6 per rod. Didn't set the world on fire but it was fun and stress free. Anglers were novice but friendly and crew was spot on and upbeat. Captain was super chill and talked to everyone. Boat had jalapenos, great salsa and a drip system for the gunny sacks. Water is dirty green and 67-69 all day.
