    Besides mass appeal to Politicians and signing their petitions that may just be political jousting, I wonder if it wouldn't be productive to organize and have one person working on each lake from as many angles as possible. Probably someone local to each specific lake.


    Even when they were open there was a lot of room for improvement, had lost a lot already, and that will certainly be true it they open again.
