Got to the beach at 08:00, fished till 09:30. Got there and realized I had my Ladies phone and mine. Uh oh! Found a nice rip and hooked up right away, small Corbina. Then another 18 inches. Then a baby Hali. Then 2 more Beans both hooked deep, 18 inches each. Cookie cutter. Then saved a kid from the rip tide I was fishing. Then 3 more cookie cutters. Then running out of time before I could get the wife her phone before she left for work. Last cast on a stressed leader. Bit and broke off setting the hook. Perfect day. I was using 6 lb mono to 6 lb Floro. 3/8 to 1/2 oz lead. And a #4 and 6 Ocotopus hook. Bait was muscles and sand crabs. Bit both good. I casted like 10 to 12 times total this morning. Tight lines my Brothers! I'll try to attach a couple pics later. Haven't done that yet and I gotta get it on cleaning my fish.
