Crocodile in an Ohio Creek

    I received this from Liz Orme at California DFG.

    The CA Fish and Game Code (section 2000), prohibits take of any reptile unless authorized by the code or a regulation. “Allowable” reptiles (those you can take with a CA Sportfishing license) are listed in section 5.60 of the Ca Code of Regulations/ Title 14. So, with respect to non-native reptiles, only the reptiles listed in section 5.60 may be taken and so long as the individual has a valid sport fish license.
