Bait fishing with powerbait and inflated nightcrawlers. Go on Sunday. Saturday will be windy and fishing is miserable up there when it is. I’m heading up with my daughter on Sunday. We go there often and always have a great time. Chambers Park is more kid friendly and lots of shore access. Lone Pine is also good but dirt road access only. Hope that helps.

Copy that. We are going up Sunday and will be renting a boat. Thanks for the advice!

I always start with a mouse tail Carolina rigged and a second rod with a night crawler under a bobber. Some days they will prefer one presentation over the other. Lone Pine is my favorite area to fish. You will want to fish close to shore, even with the boat. Good luck!

Only days that end in "y" are windy at Cuyamaca!
