I love them in fish tacos but what’s your favorite way to cook them? I’m looking for some healthy ways to eat more fish.

I only eat the smaller (legal) ones. Out of the cleaner reservoirs they taste really good. Never heard of the ritz crackers batter. I’ll have to try that.

Ritz crackers on fish or my favorite Abalone, its one of my go to breading or Pt. Loma Seafoods sells they’re breading for a milder taste.

Depends where you caught it. LMB is one of my favorites. Mild and clean tasting. Jennings and Miramar are good places to take a few from. Like said above the smaller legal ones are the best.

You do realize that with more take, bass will grow faster, are forced to eat more, so therefore tend to be more aggressive, easier to catch, and larger, right? That the giant, easier to catch bass of yesteryear were largely there because of higher harvest levels than today.

If you believe that then maybe you should find a new hobby. Our lakes are over populated with LMB.
