Finally some good news from Sacramento

Oh heII... I thought you were going to announce Newsom's great idea to make prison more of a cake walk for for the convicted criminals. Supposedly, he wants to make prison a kinder, gentler softer, warmer, fuzzier, lovelier place to live. Pedicures and manicures too? I'm in !! How about back and foot rubs? State politicians are an absolute embarrassment.

 

I'm sure the millions of dollars in donations from insurance companies to the dems had nothing to do with it.

 

The bill was horrible and had zero input from physicians or people who actually treat patients.

Democrats have always been deep in the pockets of insurance companies, single payer really means giving all the money to some evil group like united healthcare

Then they'd continue their practices of denying payments to Physicians and denying treatment to patients.


The best things we could actually do for healthcare costs are:

Properly regulate pharma prices like every other place(but they bought all our politicians)
Regulate a fair reimbursement system where people get paid for services they provide for patients without insurance companies just trying to low ball or deny them and the patients payment for services.

Also--> paying directly to a physician practice instead of health insurance which should be treated as coverage for serious illness/hospitalization only.

 

Not necessarily to do with insurances or insurance groups, but I'd like to start with Covid. Hospitals everywhere were citing COVID as the primary reason for contact and/or cause of death on everything that came through their hospital doors. Why? Because the federal govt was writing them a check for every patient that they listed as being COVID. Did you ever answer one of the four big questions in the affirmative? Then no matter where you were in California, you were listed as having COVID. Cough? Difficult breathing? Fever? Loss of taste and smell? That pizzed me off. Everyone was lying on their paperwork because they were threatened with job loss if they didn't. And now the larger facilities and jurisdictions have finally admitted to doing it. Died of CHF? Diabetes? COPD? Anything pulmonary? No problem. Let's just mark them all as Covid too. New onset chest pain? Sounds good - lets just say Covid as cause of death. Oh, you poor thing.. you have a little cough? COVID. Again, if anyone thinks this Covid movement wasn't about power and money, you're blind.

 

Aaaaand... some bad news from Sacramento.. Newsom caught maskless - again. But don't you as a citizen get caught not wearing one.
