I have not caught any crappie for the last 3 months being the bank beater so I tucked away all my rods and reels. Last week I received another reel and parts, so went out to try a few casting. Low and behold caught one good size crappie hanging out way too far to reach from shore. Since then I always have one bass setup and one for crappie but have not had any success yet. I hope they coming closer soon.

Mr Bass: I have many years experience at your lakes. The bridge between the two main lakes holds a lot of Crappie. The secret is a small 1/32 ounce white Crappie jjig, and two pound test line. For some reason these Crappie are very line shy. You will also hook Catfish and Bass there on the same jigs. Good luck!
