I actually tried to include the pics from the later posts into mine but it wouldn't let me delete my other posts so I just left them. Maybe it's something a mod can do?

You should have seen the hammerheads we couldn't land. We only had 8lb test and a little bit of bait. We hooked some that were 4-5' long, but lost them at near the shore. Despite years of searching, I never found the hammerheads again.

Do those angel sharks roam mission bay also? I've only seen them caught in sd bay.

Hammerhead in the bay is ridiculous! Tricks catches a lot of cool stuff, but thats probably the coolest.

The ones I have caught were all on cut squid. A friend of mine caught a huge one in SD Bay on a mack head.

Was fishing MB near fiesta island this evening. Caught all kinds if fish, including Spotties, SFC, a corvina, a needlefish and one fish I couldn't identify. Sorry for the horrible picture, but my phone locked up while trying to take more and I wanted to get him back in the water.

It was a brownish/olive color with dark bands. Looked kind of like a cross between a perch and a croaker. Any ideas? If I saw it again I'd recognize it
