    Arroyo Chub? They are native to Southern California. Seem pretty rare for around here and the one you caught is pretty big actually.

    Saw this skull fishing the jetty today anyone know what it is? Thought it was a salmon at first but the teeth are pretty gnarly.

    First of all I didn't catch this fish, I saw it on a fish app. They said they caught it in a socal harbor and it's a bonito. I never seen a bonito with vertical stripes, just wondering if it's a bonito?

    Any idea what kind of fish this is? Doesn’t look like anything that’s legal to catch. My in-law said someone caught it at the Redondo pier
