I’ve been absent from the site for sometime due to work and other obligations of life, but I finally found the time to make this happen.

Silverwood lake Thursday before last just nasty conditions, small craft advisory with 45 MPH gusts using a slip bobber rig and a night crawler and it was worth every minute of it. (Caught it in less than 5 minutes once the knot hit the bobber.

Look at the smile on that kid’s face!!

Priceless Fishing Fool!! That's your fishing buddy for life!! Teach them young, they never forget.

I've missed the days when I took my daughter's fishing, seem so long ago. Now that I have some granddaughters, can't wait for some fish'n time. So much for my ranting.

It’s a great thing when you get to see someone’s first fish, congrats on getting him on his first, your going to be his favorite Grand Dad for sure.
I’ve fish that lake it’s big, and it has some huge stripers too, did you see anybody catch any stripers?

Thanks for all the kind responses everyone! There’s a really great group of people here at SDFIsh. I feel very honored to be among you all.

Now I’ve got to tell my little buddy he’s an instant celebrity and hope it doesn’t go to head! .

I hope to meet as many of you as I can pounding the shores at the-bays or out on the water soon!

Great fishing and tight lines to you all!!
