Its the constant DISAGREE hits that were talking about. No explanation (doesn't need to really), just disagrees - usually after midnight under the cover of darkness, when most everyone else is sleeping.
Crying and complaining? Plenty of instructors around, that's for sure. You guys should offer a course curriculum - Bytching and Moaning 101.

Anyone can run around inside the Lounge handing out those ridiculous X's. Since I'm in on this, I'm simply saying stop fearing confrontation and reach down where that sac used to live. Grasp the two stones if they're still there and dont be afraid to write-out any disagreements.

This this not just my assumption, this is in agreement with many millions of AGW skeptics including thousands of uncorrupted scientists.
Until about 2009 it was true that more glaciers were melting that those that were growing, but this still was not a proof about AGW. After 2009 the observations are so tainted by growing political corruption that became unreliable. Solar activity decreased and even the alarmists had to change the word "warming" with "change". NASA? Again, what was the name of this quite famous life-long NASA fellow that after daring to voice his somewhat skeptical opinion had to apologize, retract his statement, and express his sorrow about commenting on such highly politicized issue without first checking what is the official NASA position on the subject.
The best logical explanation why AGW is so dear to any government and its corrupted servants in the academia I found in A brief explanation of the cathedral in the section entitled
    Selective advantage of dominant ideas
    ...
"Consider the problem of climate change. There are two responses to this problem: action or inaction. Action requires power—and a lot of it, because it has to redirect about, like, 10^14 dollars worth of economic activity. Ain’t no thing!

The idea of climate alarmism corresponds to action. The idea of climate denialism corresponds to inaction. Without knowing which side is right, we can observe that alarmism is a dominant idea, whereas denialism is a recessive idea.

It is not hard to see why, in the lecture halls and newsrooms, dominant ideas tend to outcompete recessive ideas. A dominant idea is an idea that tends to benefit you and your friends. A dominant idea will be especially popular with your friends and former students in the civil service, because it gives them more work and more power.

And a recessive idea, of course, is the opposite of all these things. A climate scientist who holds the recessive idea of climate denialism is saying to his colleagues and the whole world: climate science is not important. Is it surprising—in the Bayesian sense— that a consensus of climate scientists would conclude that climate science matters?"

Your response to me was purely assumptive.

My postings simply stated that melt is occurring which I don't believe to be argumentative or supportive of AGW .
I have not postulated one way or the other.

Democracy is over rated. Our founding fathers knew this so they gave us a republic that protected certain rights from the will of the majority.

No, not a direct democracy, but I won't quibble... Maybe "constitutional federal republic" is a better term. Whatever you want to call it, it's a far cry from what the blogger aspires this nation to become, no?
