Been fishing the California roll and the spotties are all over it. Best bait I have fished ever. Completely weedless and low pro enough to hook the spotties. I think these can change the way I fish spotties. It is the perfect cross over bait. Casts and weedless like the senko but slim enough for spotties. I also can't wait to fish smallies at DVL with them. I like these as much as the swimming senkos for spotties. I might be late to the party but WOW. I fish it just like a senko 2/0 wide gap offset worm hook. No weight.

Once it hits the bottom are you pulling it slow through the weeds, hopping it up and down, or cranking it in to get that cool tail moving? Looks killer. I always love a new bait. I will buy a pack and a/b it against the current weedless champ kalins lunker 5 inch.

Are they tougher that Senkos? A bait a fish gets pricey!

I get bit the best working it like a soft jerk bait. I let it hit the bottom then work it with short pops and pauses. Keeping it close to the bottom.
Not much better then the senko but 60 cents a fish, in areas usually next to impossible to fish because of weeds. Worth every penny. If I have a 30 fish day I might be out at most 18 bucks. About half the time I get 2 fish per bait.

Exciting new bait. Hard to beat the kalins lurker grub. Zman plastic has everyone trumped with lure life. Hope to hear more about this...

What does "slim enough for spotties" mean, A spotty is capable of eating a big bait no problem.

In my experience lo pro baits get bit better and have a better hook up ratio over fat baits when it comes to spotties. They may be capable but they don't always attempt it. Remember hitting and eating are different. A hard bait or swim bait with exposed hooks are different.
