Back was killing me this morning after my almost two hour drive to a seminar in Esco. In pain all day and just couldn't take any more on the way home, looking at the traffic on 52 I decided to head west, get some shrimp from Zion and hit LJ instead of crawl my way east.. fished the children's pool area, starting north and walking and casting my way south. Ended up with seven fish from six species for my efforts.
    Halfmoon
    Opaleye (two)
    Rock wrasse
    Senorita
    Little sheepie
    Spiky orange f#ck

Really, the halfmoon and one opaleye could have gone in the pan, but I tossed everything back, as I have been doing lately. Fun little session though

Definitely better on my back and hip than sitting in traffic in agony

Was hoping to see the spiky orange thing.

I had lower back pain, then my wife suggested Yoga with Adrian on Youtube (yoga for lower back pain) - takes some focusing on content vs. visuals - but it helped me a lot - it also depends on your condition. I still do some of the yoga moves each morning and night - almost everyday. Adrian also has a video or two on strengthening the core (to prevent future back issues) - again focus on content, but man, that woman has some strength.

Nice session, avoiding those checkers. Fishing beats traffic anyday. For me this morning, sleep beat fishing lol
