More yellowfin

    We passed thru the 9 but didn’t see much going on so we headed down to the 226 and plucked off some tuna
    Lost probably 8 to bad hooks and bad line Larger models than last time out as well, one was some where in the low to mid 30s our scale maxes out at 30
    For anyone who saw my kill bag post we ended up with a reliable one

    Nice job, I went out yesterday but stayed on the 9 and never found anything.

    South 9 near the border or were you north ?

    I started south right near the border and then worked my way north, saw a couple small spots of birds working with no luck and other than that really no signs of life.

    Both times I’ve been out for them the ticket has been a lot of live chum !
    They didn’t seem to care for the chunk but the live stuff got them boiling and would keep them around the boat
