Searching for some quality pre-frontal action, got on the water about 11am, surface water temp ~ 60.

Graphed massive amounts of fish deep (40' - 60') all along the buoy line on bait balls. Threw in rapala ice jig, hookup baits, drop shot, t-rig - couldn't get bit.

Around 12:30 gave up and moved towards the the main arm, scored a quick decent 2lber on the d/s, pic below. Nothing more but I didn't go too far back.

Got a dink on the jerkbait working the opposite bank a few minutes later.

Moved out and back towards the main lake, hit a bunch of fish deep that I graphed but none were biting.

Moved back to the buoy area and pulled two more 2lbers back to back out of the tullies.

    Off the water by 3:30pm

All in all a beautiful December day in San Diego.

    Nice job out there bluegillman!
I had tried getting those buggers to bite way down deep along the bait balls too and glad to see you were able to pull out some bass back in the tulles. I have been fishing points but need to check out the tulles more.
I guess there is rain in the forecast for the weekend....but your report will no doubt motivate me to dig out my rain gear. :) Keep the reports coming......

I like your motor setup on your tube.I spoke to you in the children's cove on Tuesday in my tube also.it's nice that you got some fish,it makes up for going to Mirimar and finding out that they were closed.
