New to lake fishing

    I've only fished a lake once I found it to be boating experience yr ago but I'm interested in trying again for catfish or something that will peel some line that puts up more than a 30 second fight. I'm just I'm it for the tug not interested in keeping it

    Try San Vee. That place has some big fish. Rent a boat or use a float tube kayak ect.

    Plenty of carp at most of our local lakes. Bread ball on bottom just past where the ducks get fed...
