Cuyamaca received two trout plants yesterday. 250 pounds from the CDFW and then 1,100 pounds from Mt. Lassen. 500 pounds from Mt. Lassen were "trophy" sized.

Diamond Valley received brown trout from the DFW this week. No word on how many though. And it appears they were stocked at the west end of the lake, not at the ramp.

DVL also received 1,000 pounds of Mt. Lassen rainbows yesterday.

Dixon received 1,500 pounds from Chaulk Mound today. Wohlford was also scheduled to receive the same, so pretty safe to assume they've been stocked today as well. But no confirmation on that.

CA DFW decided to plant trout at Jennings again this year. They had Jennings on the schedule earlier this season as well, but I never received confirmation of whether or not they went in.

Murray and Miramar were stocked today (Murray for sure). Staff said they had the "little" truck out that only holds 500 pounds, and it was split between 4 lakes.

Yeah when the staff called I was actually struck silent for several moments and had him repeat it three times.

For lakes stocked in Orange County, the average size trout was 4-6". Incredibly small, and the same thing of splitting a truck between a few lakes.
