One less in the SD river..

    There seem to be a lot of carp in the last few sessions when we have fished 163. I think about 30 carp maybe a few dups (same fish diff day), but we have pictures of them all. There are a number of larger ones (30"+) of which my son has caught 4.

    We managed a few bass, have seen a few turtles (caught one, not targeted) and my son pulled up a few large crayfish. So there seems to be bit of life in this part of the river and we have pulled up a couple of carp near the large silver drain pipes.

    I think my son would be opposed to culling the carp pop due to his recent conquests. lol.
