Not even sure what to say about that. California is literally gone.

They need to declare the whole city a gun-free zone... cops and everybody! See how long they like that!

There will be at least one armed person up there, my father in law!

I have no doubt that the governor has plans to totally disarm CA.. including police. He's said it before.. he's all about less-than-lethal. My only question is, if law enforcement is left with nothing more than OC, tasers, expandable batons and bean bag shotguns, does that mean the only people with lethal weapons will be the bad guys? I can only imagine the trouble this state is in.

    Here's something interesting.
    No more good samaritan law.
So if you try to help someone you could be liable if more injury happens to someone as you and others pull them out of a burning car or give them CPR.
Our state is run by morons. But we get what the majority of Californians vote for.
I guess that we will have to carry release of liability forms for them to sign before helping them.
I don't know why an ad shows up in the middle of my post.

I'm not a fan of the NRA but its existence doesn't bother me either. Same for the Cleveland Browns or the Tampa Bay Rays, or NASCAR, or AKC, or AMPAS, etc, etc, etc

And no, I don't want to take your weapons away either.

But this resolution shows that it is actually possible to get 11 people together, none of whom are capable of critical thinking.

    Lets see,

Disagree with someone's position therefore they must be extremist?! Sounds totalitarian.

People can buy firearms legally or obtain illegally so the NRA "armed them" ?! One does not logically imply the other.

Incites people to acts of violence?! No more than WalMart does with a Black Friday sale or Popeye's when they run out of chicken sandwiches.

What? You lost, sir? What are you doing in The Lounge?:emoji_joy:

This entire mess is insane. To this day though I still won't stop to assist anyone that needs it.. there just comes a point when a person has had enough subpoenas thrown his way.. and I'm one of those persons - crawling up my azz like I'm the offender, right. Last person I assisted (while off duty) was Chris when that random dude came up behind us and broke his jaw. As much as I would have loved to clean that punks' clock, I would have ended up in front of a defense attorney trying to explain why I met resistance with exceeding force. Don't need that, and I don't need a civil suit either. Rest assured - speaking for myself only.. the only folks I would ever come to the aide of are badges (any badge), my family, and people that I personally know. Everyone else is on their own. Enjoy CA and live free !

We don't need no stinking badges... unless we want Creek 's back-up! ;)

Now when Chickfilet runs out, that is when I would riot!

So does this mean when my wife and I ever go to SF (hasn't happened yet. Don't particularly enjoy the idea of tromping through someone else's poo) we will be detained for being members of what the astute, forward thinking folks of san fransisco have determined is a "domestic terrorist organization"?
I will laugh if anyone is ever detained as an extension of this (although as my limited understanding leads me to, its just to keep people from doing business with, ect.) and gets the idea of 1st amendment violations (freedom of association, specifically) as the Fed is not about to do something as hare-brained as this. Good to know they are tackling the real issues facing their city, and not the homelessness, drug use, and other silly things going on up there. Glad they aren't my city.

But CA will. And if they don't, Oregon will. And if they don't, Washington State will, etc etc etc. This state is leading the way in stupidity. I'm embarrassed to live here.

San Diego isn't to far behind. I remember when the city council said that they wouldn't do any business with any contractor who worked on the border wall, put a bid in for the wall, or thought about working on the wall.
Then they talk about discrimination at their council meetings and how it's wrong. I guess that it just depends of what side of the discrimination issue that they are dealing with.

That's the price we pay for living here.

Yep. Lost. A post from me appears once a decade maybe. But don’t take that as truth. A search of all my content on on this site might reveal its once a year or something else.

Get rid of of the voices that are not of your Thinking IE. 1st amendment - Creates Power

Get rid of the forces that could prove to be Dissident Politically and Militarily IE. 2nd Amendment - Consolidates Power

Create fear IE . Climate change ( I do believe a lot should be done . ) - Create an urgency to give more Power

Get rid of laws that provide decency to humanity - Creates a need for an even more powerful govt. - Consolidates Power

Create a sense of mob rule that it is acceptable to those of your thinking - Exercise your Power

All to soon I fear that our state and others will fly a different flag in defiance of the United States , the Federal government , and all of the Liberties and Freedoms our founding fathers and people have fought to keep .
I can only hope that those who have been labeled as the " Wrong Thinking " will not take it lying down .
