the crazy spoon bite was not happening like it did Wed. I did land a few on them nothing like Wednesday. Today was jerk baits and Ned Rigs. My son did well on jerk baits and I was fishing the ned and the fluke. The Ned did most of my damage. It was colder today and a bit windy in Harveys. The fish seemed to be moving away from the shallow tulle back water now that the lake has fallen so far. Its main tulle lines now. Its fishing like it was in 2016. Same break points and such. We did have a nice best five today. Anchored by a fatty on a Ned rig. Fun times. Landed 25 total with no shorts.

The fish happened fast. The day was slow overall. We hit a serious load of jerk bait fish going down a small stretch of bank and then sat on a spot with the Ned rigs and boated up. It was very slow overall.

Just curious, how deep does your son's jerkbait run, and how fast / slow is he working it?

The one he likes goes down about 3ft and he works it slowly and on a very slack line.
