So Jim Edmonds is now hurt, something that I see happening a lot this season. What do the Padres do? Should they stay within house, or should they try to trade from someone?

I still vote for T. Gwynn Jr.

Edmunds has a calf strain which can be problematic and nagging long term problem, but they were smart and pulled him quicky and maybe able to get it healed up before season starts.

Edmunds a bust! I hope they don't do the wait and see. Oops to late.

I'm with you on this one. I really would like to see them take a chance, use some of these so called farm hands and get someone that is going to be here a while and not be a re-tred for a year. Take some lessons from the Chargers, let's build a team that will be together for some years down the line.
