    It said "Post your Lizard fish here" .... so I thought you meant something caught on a lizard...ha ha(just messing with ya). :)

    Lizard was as long as the bass.
    Good news though...a trip or two later, I caught his
    sister....7lbs on the button on that same lizard.

    I used to get a ton of those guys in the Alamitos Bay or Crystal Pier.... But none the last few years... No complaints, though....

    Yeah man, I posted this for fun. I thought the one I caught fly fishing at Zuniga Jetty yesterday could be a 12lb test record. Legal calicos are boring, lol.

    I caught a lizard fish on a topwater plug once. I also have a picture somewhere of Matt Kim with a lizard fish over 2lbs from SD bay

    I once hooked an actual lizard on a locomoco when I was fiddling around with my gear and fly dangling on the ground. Can't find the pic.

    The dawg was for the western plastics water dog mold in your pic. I guess it’s close enough to be a lizard
