Omicron might turn out to be good news. If it turns out to have only mild symptoms (limited data so far) and provides immunity against more severe variants (like some common cold coronaviruses do, to some degree), it could be the way out of the pandemic, even for the knuckleheads that don't get vaccinated.

Alright let’s ignore natural immunity for the moment (no $ in it). Explain one thing to me. How is the jab that was coded to reproduce a single spike/coat protein from the ALPHA variant, supposed to protect you from the bug if that protein happens to mutate (what viruses do) in a future variant? According to my recollection from college courses, it won’t. According to Dr. Christina Parks, PhD in microbiology from Michigan, it can’t. Maybe you know something different?
