San Diego Union article today on city lakes

Sports section reporter Bryce Miller wrote a very good and informative article in this mornings San Diego Union. I met Bryce in October of 2018 at the airport bar and talked fishing over bloody marys. His article gives more intelligent insight to the situation at our city lakes.
