Just saying for us at San V all the bass that we have caught with no belly have been shallow. Our bigger bass have been deeper. This is jokingly a San V mount right?

It does look like those fish in the bottom of the ocean....just needs a little headlamp on his forehead! Or, it's from Upper Otay!

Many years ago I caught a bass in Barona arm that was all head and no body. When it first came out of the water I thought I had at least a 10 pounder but when I got it in the boat it only went a little over six. Somewhere I have a photo of it but probably not worth the time to try to find it and I would not want to embarrass that poor bass in such an unflattering photo...
