Had a nice day out there. Landed some nice bass. Landed 2 monster Kitty’s as well. Flipped in 10ft of water with large worms.

Why are the bass so fricken thin. They should be fat and ready to spawn soon.
Same for 50 % of the fish I’ve caught at Otay....slow to put on that Prespawn weight.

Just add 1 oz of tungsten to your favorite frog then drop it down around 50 to 60’ and you’ll hook one!! Lol

I'm going to try to forget that I saw this! That would be like Mr. Vinnybass inviting the Bassmaster Classic to Murray! I'm thinking you're not getting enough sleep, or food, or a traumatic brain injury! Ok, it never happened..I believe in forgiveness ...and Jack/Coke!

Linebig for President! (By the way, the first shot would make a great abstract, just crop 3/4 of the bottom water off, just below the bottom whisker- awesome).

fisheromen had a buddy report a blowup on his popper Wed, -Otay. I tried for an hour but nada on larger top there myself. Barely got out without a stripe, twice now in three weeks. Same at Hodges the week before, since Otay was closed, but a nice model (4.5) and a 2 for 1/2 days 'work'.

Larry Bottroff told me several times that people need to start keeping a few of the clone fish every once in a while, otherwise we will end up with skinny 1-2 pound fish everywhere. It also weeds out the gene pool somewhat. Big bass get that way for a reason.
