Even though I couldn't make it, I still want to give DJ an atta-boy n a thank you for putting these events together. I think this is the most SP sessions Ive missed and I would hate to see it disappear before i get another chance to win one again. Thanks Kevin....keep up the good work

I appreciate it. Like I said before, I’ll keep them going as long as I keep getting good showings.

Is this a weekly pot or is it cumulative and pays out at the end of the year? Super interested in getting in on this for the friendly competition.

Halibut is until someone wins it, however long it takes. Bass, corv etc are all seasonal, top three places win

I was in to much pain this weekend to get to the bay to visit or fish. Thinking I was missing the last Shore Pounders was the worst part. Hopefully enough people enjoy it as much as I do to keep it going. If you haven't given it a try I suggest you make time in your schedule to give it a try. Expert or beginner, young or old, male or female, Shore Pounders has something for us all. Lots of friendly people to fish or chat with, competition for those who like that, or just a group to exchange info or stories with. We also put together some good food on occasion. Bring the kids or the dog everyone is welcome.
My arm pain seems back under control for now so I am looking forward to the next date should there be one.

Our seasons are three months long, but the hali pot grows season after season until there’s a winner. The entry fee for the first month of a new season is $1 for each session, second month $2, third is $3.... we are going into the final month of this season next month, there will be two sessions and it will be $3 to enter. First legal hali sent to me for the session takes all the cash, $170 at the moment.
