    I only ever do anything with carp at the river when I see ducks around..

    Loads of carp in the river.. seems to be feast or famine.. they must move around a lot

    Watch your bait on the east side, Rocks are loaded with rats and raid anything. Jetty rod holders, 1.5" PVC pipe, only in that area. West side no rod holder works.

    Bullhead bait thieves are legion. Once the light gets dim the mosquitoes come out, bullheads, then rats.

    Crazy homeless can be around any time.

    Not any big ones, but its usually steady. It's super shallow and going down
