Been a while since I been fishing. Hit up a buddy and his friend to have a relaxing session at sunset cliffs. Got there this morning at around 8:30 to see big waves hammering the cliffs. We fished a slightly more protected bluff for an hour or so; just shrimp on a spider hitch, nothing fancy. The other two managed some tiny calicos, an orange thing and a kelpfish, but nothing for me. Was very slow. Waves calmed down a bit so we went to our original spot. Same thing, except wrasse were in the mix this time. I decided to throw my chum block out. Caught a little sheep (~10 inches?) two minutes later, and nothing for the rest of the three hours that were there. Not bad considering the conditions, I guess. Probably should have went to quivira the moment we saw those waves.
