Tubing at Otay

    Hello all

    I tubed Otay last week and spots to launch seemed very limited with the gates all closed. Can I launch anywhere on the lake if I can get to it? Or am I restricted to near the boat dock? Thanks.

    Launch back in Harvey’s off Otay lakes rd. At the yellow sign that says enter at gates only, yes, it says that. No issues

    Thanks. I was trying to avoid that area and find a new place on the lake to enter

    Thats where I launch my kayak. Its easy as you drive right up to the shore.

    I launch tube and kayak at the yellow sign. Never an issue. Ranger says just get a handful of payment slips and pay when ever or at least have a sealed payment on hand When on the water
