DVL receives two trout plants today, stripers take notice

Diamond Valley Lake received two trout plants today, one from Mt. Lassen (500 pounds) at around 7:30 in the morning and another by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (unknown total) a couple hours later.

  • Those trout plants will almost assuredly wake up the big striped bass, a couple of which were caught this afternoon already. 

    Diamond Valley is open daily from approximately 5:45 am to 4:30 pm.
