Lake Perris Fish Report from Guide Todd Kline

Lake Perris continues to pump out good fish. Richard Snyder caught a couple hogs on a 1/2 day trip with me fishing senkos in the brush. It was a great battle for these guys on 7 lb test line in the bushes, but he got them in the boat.

On another recent trip John brought out his son Jake (yellow shirt) and Jake’s friend John (blue shirt). They all caught bass, and even a couple large bluegill. All fish were caught in about 15 feet of water on the Coolbaits Underspin. We fished them on the Okuma TCS Dropshot rods paired with Inspira Spinning Reels, 10 lb braided line and an 8 lb fluorocarbon leader.

The water temperature is ranging from 64 to 70 degrees with about 2-3 foot visibility.
