  • Lake Conditions- Surface temperature is 65 Fahrenheit. The water visibility is about 2 to 4 ft., Lake Gauge is at 77.52

    Trout – No trout reported this week. Recommended baits would be Power bait, Rapala Countdowns, Kastmasters, Thomas Buoyants or night crawlers.

    Bass – Jigs have been working this week deeper off points as well as in deep structure.

    Catfish – Catfish continue to be hook happy, even anglers fishing for carp have been catching them on dough baits. Cut mackerel, cut bonito, and chicken liver have been doing the job.

    Bluegill & Crappie – No reports this week.

    Carp – Between 5 anglers there total amount of carp caught was over 80, they had this great success on dough baits about 20 feet off the shoreline.

    Boat Launch conditions: Private boat launch is closed until further notice.
