  • Andres and Martin Enriquez of Carmel Mountain made the most of the last weekend of night fishing with the young man landing his first ever catfish. Together they caught 3 for a total of 8 pounds of fish. They were on the Fishing Pier using a classic bait, hot dogs. Friday was a great night with many anglers filling their limit. Saturday night the good fishing continued.

When you stop by concessions to buy your permit ask about the best spots and baits. They have up to the minute information. Remember concessions closes at 5:30 PM, so come early enough to buy your permit or boat.
